Nceptia (tools.nceptia.com) provides free calculators and utilities that run primarily in your web browser. This policy explains what information is collected when you use our site.

Browser-local tools

Most Nceptia tools process your input on your device using JavaScript. Text you paste, numbers you enter, and files you select for tools such as the JSON formatter, image resizer, or SHA-256 checksum utility are not uploaded to Nceptia servers for processing. When you close the tab, that session data is typically discarded by your browser.

Information we do not collect directly

We do not require accounts, and we do not operate a backend that stores your tool inputs, calculation results, or uploaded files.

Third-party services

Some pages rely on external services:

• Google AdSense — We display advertisements through Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your visits to this and other websites. You can learn more at Google's advertising policy and opt out via Ads Settings.
• Google Fonts — Typography may load from Google Fonts; your browser requests font files from Google.
• Currency rates — The currency converter may request live exchange rates from a third-party API when you use that tool.
• CDN libraries — Some tools load open-source scripts (for example OCR or Markdown parsers) from public CDNs.

Cookies and local storage

Advertising partners may set cookies. Individual tools may use browser local storage or session storage for preferences within your tab. We do not use cookies to identify you across unrelated websites on our own infrastructure.

Log data

Our web host may automatically record standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) for security and reliability. We do not link those logs to tool inputs.

Children

Our site is intended for a general audience. Health and finance tools provide estimates only and are not directed at children.

Changes

We may update this policy as our tools or partners change. The date at the top reflects the latest revision.
